The protection offered by Email in Focus will work with any internet email address where the ISP supports the industry standard POP3 protocol for email collection.

Email in Focus cannot connect to some ISPs if they use a proprietary protocol. Email in Focus can connect to any POP3 email server, plus MSN and Hotmail. We are currently working on gateways for AOL and Juno. Other ISPs with proprietary protocols may not be compatible yet.

If Email in Focus is unable to connect to your ISP to collect your mail, we will be happy to refund your money within the first fifteen (15) days of your subscription.

If you are not satisfied with the service, we will be happy to refund your money within the first fifteen (15) days of your subscription.

If for some reason you are not able to configure your email program to connect with Email in Focus, and we are unable to coach you through it, we will be happy to refund your money within the first fifteen (15) days of your subscription.
